I'm Ash, a lifelong martial artist and dedicated coach with over 20 years of experience in training and nearly 15 years coaching.
Specialised in boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and strength & mobility conditioning, I’ve trained and taught in some of London’s most respected gyms - from high-end private studios in Central London to grassroots fight gyms and outdoor spaces. My approach blends technical fight skills with functional fitness — drawing on everything from Muay Thai and MMA to Pilates, studio circuits, and performance conditioning.
Whether I’m coaching one-to-one, leading a high-energy class, or mentoring clients online, my goal is the same: help people move better, strike sharper, and feel stronger in both body and mind.
